The driver of a car is actively sought by the Annecy police (Haute-Savoie).

This Tuesday, around 12:40 p.m., the motorist knocked down a pedestrian while he was reversing, and fled, reports France Bleu Pays de Savoie.

Call for witnesses launched

The facts occurred in the Place de Romains car park, in Annecy.

The car was pulling out of a parking spot when it hit the victim, who fell to the ground.

According to our colleagues, the victim could suffer from a fracture of the femur.
