On October 16, Armin Avdic woke up to 20 missed calls from his father.

The father had suffered a heart attack for the first time and was treated in the cardiac intensive care unit.

Three days later he was discharged and sent home with medication.

- From the heart department to the parking lot, he became completely out of breath and turned white.

I asked if he is really well, says Armin Avdic.

Was discharged - judged to be well enough

Despite that, the family felt secure that Ramo Avdic could go home.

But that same night, Ramo Avdic had trouble breathing again, due to heart failure, and went back to the hospital the next day.

Then it took a day until he was sent home again.

There was another trip to the hospital four days later, where Ramo Avdic was hospitalized for four days.

The lungs had to be emptied of fluid and then he was sent home for the last time.

Three days later, Armin Avdic found his father dead in the kitchen.

- I just feel that this could have been prevented.

They've had three tries, that's what makes me the most angry, says Armin Avdic.
