The Ministry of Industry and Trade commented on the possibility of leaving the supplier of payment terminals Ingenico

This was reported in the Telegram channel of the department.

As noted in the ministry, a number of large suppliers of cash register equipment are represented in Russia, and enterprises have a sufficient supply of equipment to provide the market with equipment for card payments. 

“There are no reasons for escalating the situation in the cash register market, companies are operating as usual, there are no problems with the availability of products in the warehouse,” the ministry said.

Earlier, RBC, citing sources, wrote that one of the largest manufacturers of terminals for accepting cards for payment, Ingenico, could leave Russia in March 2023.
