“There are all legal grounds for her official employment and performance of immediate duties,” the RIA Novosti agency said.
The ASI clarified that, in accordance with the ruling of the court, it is forbidden for Rakova to leave the house between 22:00 and 06:00.
The rest of the time, her actions are not limited.
Marina Rakova was arrested in early October 2021 on charges of large-scale fraud.
In November 2022, the Moscow City Court released Rakova from the pre-trial detention center.
Her preventive measure was changed to a ban on certain actions.
