The industry organization Kompetensföretagen has, with the help of Demoskop, conducted a survey among the organization's healthcare staffing consultants, mainly nurses and doctors.
According to the survey, only a third of almost 1,000 respondents could imagine being directly employed by municipalities and regions.
- The care staffing companies are a strong contributing factor to nurses and doctors remaining in their professions, says Eva Domanders, chairman of Kompetensföretagen.
