The fire started from the attic.

On Sunday, a fire ravaged a small two-storey building in the Chalets district of Toulouse, at number 20 rue du commissaire Jean-Philippe.

It was in the house where this figure of the Resistance lived, who refused to denounce the Jews and went into hiding in 1943, that the fire broke out.
