According to him, such a task is facing the Ukrainian military registration and enlistment offices. 

“The task is: to collect 150 thousand recruits by the end of March,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

Rogov noted that according to his information, 3,000 mobile groups have been created in Ukraine from the military registration and enlistment offices, which are engaged in searching for and serving subpoenas to men who are trying to avoid being sent to the front.

At the same time, in Zaporozhye, as he added, underground passages of streets are blocked for the “convenient detention” of people.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky set the task for the Ukrainian command to form reserves of personnel.
