“According to preliminary information, the driver of the Volvo heavy truck allowed the semi-trailer to skid into the oncoming lane, as a result of which there was a collision with the Gazelle car,” the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Perm Territory reported.
The press service of the regional Ministry of Health noted that six people were traveling in the Gazelle minibus, including five patients.
Three patients and the driver died at the scene of the accident.
Two more people have been hospitalized.
