Sara Hedrenius survived the disaster on September 28, 1994. She has gone through the investigations into the disaster, as research for a book about the sinking of the Estonia, and is herself positive that the accident commission has come this far.
However, she still has mixed feelings about the commission.
- Today the accident commission is working on making it transparent and they have interviewed us survivors, among other things, but it is clear that I have to struggle with trust, says Sara Hedrenius.
