Thirteen alleged victims

Thirteen major victims, men only, have been identified by the authorities.

For lack of sufficient charges, the respondent has already benefited from a dismissal for four of them.

The facts would have occurred at the time on integration sites.

Taking advantage of the mental retardation of the complainants, he would also have had fun scaring them by driving fast, insulting them and making them smoke cannabis.

Two workers received 15 and 21 days of total incapacity for work (ITT).

The suspect has already spent a year and five months in pre-trial detention before being released pending trial.
