100,000 euros less

100,000 euros less at the Bessières technological high school in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, reserve funds halved at the Lagny-sur-Marne high school... The observation is the same in several Ile-de-France establishments: the sums of their reserve funds turnover were drastically reduced by the region.

The establishment of Jean-François Gay, head of the FSU union in Île-de-France, was amputated by 80,000 euros.

"Which is not nothing in a functioning in a high school. Managers keep reserve funds, simply because they prepare for future expenses, purchases for the canteen, equipment, maintenance of photocopiers" , he explains.

"There was no dialogue beforehand!"

Levies that have not been discussed with the heads of establishments or the unions.

"We discovered that, there was no dialogue upstream! There is no dialogue with the establishments, it's incomprehensible! We don't know why these establishments are concerned," adds -he at the microphone of Europe 1. For its part, the region affirms that the allocations have not decreased at the global level and that this distribution takes better account of the real state of the cash.
