Biden's lawyer Ball said that during the nearly 12-hour search, the Department of Justice had at least six confidential documents, some of which were from Biden's tenure in the Senate and others from his tenure as vice president.
Ball said that Biden's personal legal team and representatives of the White House Counsel's Office were present during the "thorough search" during which they had "full access" to Biden's residence.
