This is stated in a statement on the website of the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
They stressed that the Turkish side condemns the holding of a demonstration in the center of Stockholm with the participation of the organization of the PKK banned in Turkey.
“This action is a clear violation of the obligations of the tripartite memorandum, which Sweden also signed,” the Foreign Ministry said.
The ministry once again reminded that Ankara is waiting for concrete steps from Stockholm in order to obtain its consent to join NATO.
On January 21, a demonstration was held in the center of Stockholm against Sweden's accession to the North Atlantic Alliance and agreements with Turkey.
