As Rogov noted, attempts at counterattacks end very sadly for Ukrainian militants.
“Just a few hours ago, the DRG, about 5 km from Orekhovo, launched a counterattack, trying to pass in the oncoming stream from the advancing Russian army, but immediately met shells from our artillerymen, after which they were all destroyed,” TASS quoted him as saying.
Rogov also noted that Russian forces "methodically and efficiently" destroy any heavy equipment deployed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier, Rogov said that Kyiv urgently transfers the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the Zaporozhye region.
