This is reported by TASS with reference to the department.

“To promote the products of domestic small and medium-sized businesses, it is proposed to use the consumer traffic of large shopping centers and stores by placing non-stationary retail facilities at the entrances to them - pavilions, kiosks, tents, stalls and mobile shops,” the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade noted.

Manufacturers of agricultural and food products, including farmers, manufacturers of textiles, clothing and footwear, will be able to trade at the relevant points.

“It is recommended to provide these trading places without bidding, on preferential terms or free of charge,” the department added.

It is clarified that we are talking about the fact that earlier Deputy Prime Minister - Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov recommended that regional leaders organize work to open kiosks at the entrance to shopping centers.

The recommendation was sent to the regions in early January.

Earlier, the managing director of the Russian Council of Shopping Centers, Oleg Voitsekhovsky, in an interview with NSN, said that Russian brands successfully occupy the space of Western companies that have left the country's market in the shopping center.
