The head of the constitutional committee of the Federation Council Andrey Klishas commented on Kuznetsova's idea, saying that the confiscation of property of those who left Russia without serious amendments to the Criminal Code is unrealistic.
RIA Novosti, citing a source, reported that State Duma deputies were working on a project to confiscate the property of Russians who had left.
