Sultan Al Qasimi issues an Emiri Decree approving the general organizational structure of Sharjah City Municipality
His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri Decree approving the general organizational structure of Sharjah City Municipality.
Decree No. 5 of 2023 stipulates that the general organizational structure of Sharjah City Municipality attached to this decree shall be approved, provided that the Executive Council shall issue decisions from it as follows:
1. The detailed organizational structure of the municipality, and the decisions necessary to implement this decree, including approving job descriptions for the tasks of the organizational units in the municipality in accordance with its competencies.
2. Creating, merging or canceling any organizational units belonging to the departments included in the general organizational structure.
