“During the almost one and a half hour meeting, we discussed all the strategic directions for further strengthening our alliance in accordance with the agreements reached by the presidents of our states,” Lavrov said.

He clarified that the questions concerned the military-political, economic, humanitarian spheres, as well as ensuring the security of the two countries.

Earlier, Lavrov said that Russia and Belarus have a common position on the issue of the goals of the NWO in Ukraine.

He also stressed that the cooperation between Moscow and Minsk in the defense sphere makes it possible to counter any threats.
