“We are planning to start issuing policies to residents of new entities from mid-February, and the CHI system will start working in full from 2024,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Earlier it was reported that the cross-border concern "Railways of Donbass" together with Roszheldor is working on the entry of railway transport of new regions into the Russian railway system.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that all social obligations to the citizens of the new regions must be fulfilled in full.
