It was on Saturday that a large police operation was underway in Varberg after the police received information that a man in his 20s had been kidnapped.

The man could be found at the train station in Varberg and several people were arrested.

On Wednesday afternoon, it became clear that the Gothenburg district court decided to remand three of the four people that the prosecutors Håkan Larsson and Daniel Veivo Pettersson requested to remand.

They are all suspected of human carcasses, something that can be punished with between four years in prison and life.

All deny any crime and a man in his 20s announces via his lawyer Ulrik Smedberg that he will appeal the verdict already during the evening.
