The department noted that Russia produced 153 million tons of grain for the entire 2022.
“We have prepared to process this grain and ship it to countries in need,” the agency was told.
On January 16, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the implementation of the grain deal during negotiations.
