The Lot gendarmes tell in a post, very commented, on Facebook that their Carjac brigade fined the owner of a Renault Twingo on Tuesday during a road operation in the town of Saint-Chels.
The technical inspection of the old green Renault was no longer valid.
The fine is 90 euros if paid within three days, 130 euros, beyond.
But the driver still thanked the gendarmes when she left.
Because, victim of a puncture, she took advantage of their presence to have the wheel changed.
