Since the closure of the mine in 2004, people in Yu Village have gradually Aware of the serious consequences of environmental damage, the two committees of the village led everyone to continue to regreen and realize the transformation and rebirth of abandoned mines.
The mine turned around gorgeously. In August 2022, a team from the China Academy of Art went to Yucun for research and immediately took a fancy to this place, hoping to build it into a natural scenery corridor.
The two sides hit it off, and an exhibition connecting nature and art came into being. It displayed the achievements of ecological civilization construction from the perspective of art and humanities, and connected people and nature.

"We took a fancy to the high-quality water source in Yu Village, so we settled the project here." Shen Jie, the person in charge of the base, introduced that the 5G Internet of Things is equipped with an intelligent breeding system and an automatic sorting system, and the water quality can be monitored in real time through a digital platform to realize High quality farming.
"Fish is not only favored by tourists, Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Shanghai have also become important areas for our external supply, with an average daily sales of tens of thousands of fish." Shen Jie said.
The online agricultural expo "Yucun Farming" brand pavilion, which will be launched in 2022, will also open a new channel for Yucun's agricultural products.
At present, the first batch of nearly 20 high-quality agricultural, cultural and creative and homestay entities have settled in. With Yucun's high-quality agricultural products, cultural and creative commodities and boutique homestays as the main features, three major restaurants have been opened: Yucun Flavor, Yousu Yucun, and Yucun Cultural and Creative Category area, more than 100 selected products (including homestays).
Hu Youqian is a native of Yucun. He did business in other places in the early years, and now he has set up a Yucun supply and marketing cooperative in the village to solve the problem of selling unsalable agricultural products for the villagers.
"In the past, agricultural and sideline products did not understand the packaging, but no one knew the good quality. Now it is different. The unified brand makes tourists feel more at ease when buying, and has opened up online and offline sales.
According to reports, to build the "Yu Village Farming" brand, through brand packaging of high-quality agricultural products in the town area, a series of measures have brought tourists a more secure and richer travel experience, and at the same time drove more farmers to participate in the "Yu Village Farming" brand production and sales to help farmers increase their income.
Co-construction and sharing, co-governance and common prosperity

Wang Yucheng was the first to express his position to the board of directors: "In September last year, the company realized capital increase and share expansion. The shareholders expanded from the original 5 administrative villages to all 11 administrative villages in Tianhuangping Town. The company increased capital and shares to 22 million yuan. "Grasping the premise of ecological priority, our village strived to create a homestay village for common prosperity last year. At present, the village has developed 25 homestays, focusing on improving the overall quality." Shao Shuiliang, Secretary of the Party Branch of Yinkeng Village and Director of the Village Committee, took over the conversation.
Immediately afterwards, Shao Linfeng, secretary of the general party branch of Shanhe Village and director of the village committee, said: "We will also start the construction of Fuyushan Park soon. In recent years, Yucun's brand power has continued to improve. While realizing the prosperity of the village, it is also actively promoting the development of the surrounding "brother villages".
Beginning in 2020, Yucun will join hands with 4 surrounding villages to build, share, govern and prosper together.
In June 2021, five villages jointly established a strong village company named "Wuzi Lianxing".
Only half a year after its establishment, the company brought the first dividend of 200,000 yuan to each village by undertaking cleaning and other property services.
Wang Yucheng explained that the five adjacent villages have different highlights and characteristics, which can create differentiated tourism products and integrate them into a game of chess, allowing tourists to enjoy the "Dayu Village".
"The business contracts signed last year reached more than 12 million yuan, and it is expected to realize a profit of about 1.5 million yuan. It also solved the employment problem of many surplus labor forces." He said.
In July 2022, Tianhuangping Town integrated 100,000 square meters of entrepreneurial space, more than 20,000 square meters of factory buildings, nearly 60,000 mu of bamboo forest and farmland within the scope of "Dayu Village", and set up an "industrial fund" of 100 million yuan. Attracting professionals to become rural "partners", more than 20 projects have been successfully signed up to now, involving research and education, cultural creativity, digital economy and other fields.
Wang Yucheng said that by encouraging everyone to make suggestions together, the ecological development model of Yucun should span the town, county and city, and attract more "partners" to join in the future.
