  From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, precipitation was scarce in most parts of the country. Light to moderate snow or sleet occurred in parts of northeastern Sichuan, central Chongqing, and southwestern Hubei, and freezing rain occurred in Bijie, Anshun, and Guiyang, Guizhou; Blowing sand or floating dust occurred in parts of western Inner Mongolia, western Gansu, and southern Xinjiang.

  At 05:00 today, compared with 05:00 yesterday, parts of North China, Huanghuai, Northeast China, and Inner Mongolia experienced a temperature increase of 4-8°C, and the local temperature increase exceeded 10°C.

parts of eastern Tibet, southern Qinghai, northern Sichuan Plateau, southwestern Sichuan Basin, western and northern Guizhou, northeastern Yunnan, northeastern Inner Mongolia, and northern Heilongjiang had light snow or Sleet and sleet, including heavy snowstorms in southeastern Tibet; light to moderate rain in parts of central and southern Chongqing, southwestern Hubei, southeastern Yunnan, southeastern Tibet, and northeastern Taiwan Island.

Parts of most of Inner Mongolia, northern Ningxia, and northern Hebei have winds of magnitude 4 to 6 (see Figure 1).

There will be strong winds of magnitude 6-8 and gusts of magnitude 9-10 in the southern East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the Bashi Channel, most of the South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf.

From 08:00 on January 18 to 08:00 on January 19,

there was light snow or rain in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, central and northern Heilongjiang, eastern Tibet, southeastern Qinghai, northern Sichuan plateau, southwestern Sichuan Basin, western Guizhou, and northeastern Yunnan. There is snow, among which, there is heavy snow in southeastern Tibet.

There was light rain in parts of southeastern Tibet, southwestern Hubei, northwestern Hunan, southeastern Chongqing, and eastern Yunnan.

Most of Inner Mongolia, Hexi in Gansu, northern Ningxia, northern Shanxi, northwestern Hebei, Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula and other places have 4-6 winds (see Figure 2).

There was light rain and local moderate rain in parts of southeastern Tibet, central and southern Chongqing, eastern Guizhou, eastern Yunnan, and northeastern Taiwan Island.

There are 4-6 winds in parts of central Inner Mongolia, central and southern Liaoning, northern Shaanxi, Shanxi, central and northern Hebei, and Shandong Peninsula (see Figure 3).

The Bohai Sea, the northern part of the Yellow Sea, the southern part of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the ocean to the east of Taiwan, the Bashi Channel, and most of the South China Sea will have strong winds of magnitude 6-8 and gusts of magnitude 9-10.
