Hao Peng, born in July 1960, was born in Fengxiang, Shaanxi. He used to be the director of Lanzhou Flight Control Instrument General Factory of China Aviation Industry, deputy director of Gansu Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, deputy secretary of Lanzhou Municipal Party Committee, and deputy mayor.
