A small plane made an emergency landing on a busy road outside an airport in Markham, Greater Toronto, Canada, on January 16.

The incident happened around noon that day.

A Slingsby T67C light aircraft, which was about to land at Buttonville (Buttonville) Airport, had an accident during landing and finally made an emergency landing on the road north of the airport.

The scene of the incident released by the media showed that the plane tilted on the road after an emergency landing.

The nose and left wing visibly touched the ground.

The local police once needed to close the road section where the incident occurred.

Police said no one was injured in the incident.

The accident plane was moved back to the airport in the afternoon of the same day, and the traffic on the road section where the accident occurred returned to normal.

Preliminary police investigations indicated that the accident may have been caused by someone missing the plane when it was landing.

The Canadian Transportation Safety Board has launched an investigation into the accident.
