The fair "Grüne Woche", which means "Green Week", attracts around 1,400 exhibitors from all over the world and several hundred thousand visitors.

Here, international and regional specialties are presented with a focus on organic food, bioenergy and sustainable cultivation of raw materials.

Värmland has several representatives at the fair - including chefs Christoffer Schyman and Robin Sundholm, who previously ran Almars Krog in Karlstad.

At the fair, they will present a hamburger with ingredients that almost exclusively come from Värmland producers.

- Hopefully it can arouse interest and lead to increased food tourism to the county, says Christoffer Schyman.

A couple of thousand hamburger buns made from custom flour have been baked and 200 kilos of local moose mince have been ground before the chefs can leave tomorrow.
