Mixed rain and snow may occur from Normandy, Centre, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté to Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

Accumulations of snow on the west of the Massif Central

In the afternoon, the rains will stretch from Normandy to the Grand Est, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

These rains will be mixed with snowflakes which may in the evening whiten the soil from the Normandy hills to the first heights of the Grand-Est.

To the west, the showers will still be present, especially in New Aquitaine where they will be more sustained.

Good accumulations of snow will be expected in the west of the Massif Central.

This bad weather will be accompanied by a strong westerly wind of 90 to 100, even 110 km/h in the interior from Aquitaine to Occitanie, on the Provençal coast and Corsica, and up to 110 to 130 km/h on the coasts of southern Aquitaine in the morning.

This strong wind will cause a risk of marine submersion on the coasts of Var and Corse-du-Sud.

Morning frosts of 0 to locally -3 degrees will extend from the northern borders to Normandy, Limousin and Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.

The minimum temperatures will be milder from the South-West to Corsica with 4 to 7 degrees.

The maximum will be between 13 and 16 degrees around the Mediterranean and in Corsica.

Elsewhere, they will remain cool with 3 to 8 degrees.
