El Pais: two battalions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine left their positions on the front line in the DPR due to lack of ammunition

The Spanish newspaper El Pais writes about this with reference to the Ukrainian military.

The article also cites the words of the commander of the Ukrainian tank of the 24th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who stated that only one of the six combat vehicles in his company remained intact. 

According to him, he had to take cover in a tank behind one of the buildings in Artyomovsk in order to avoid being hit by artillery.
