Since RCEP came into effect in January 2022, agricultural products such as Vietnamese durian and bird's nest have successively obtained new quarantine access in China, entering the Chinese market from Guangxi, and the space for cooperation in agricultural product trade between the two sides has continued to expand.
According to data released by Nanning Customs, in the first 11 months of 2022, Guangxi's import and export of agricultural products to Vietnam was 12.87 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 33.1%.
Du Nam Trung said that with the optimization and adjustment of China's epidemic prevention and control policies, economic and trade exchanges between Vietnam and China have gradually heated up.
On January 12 this year, the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region organized an economic and trade delegation to Vietnam for a working visit, and carried out a fruitful economic and trade cooperation matchmaking meeting.
