Jilin cracked down on Liu Moumou et al.'s counterfeit "Ibuprofen" drug case
Recently, based on the clues found in the work, the public security organs of Jilin Province cracked a case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit "Ibuprofen" drugs, destroyed a production den, arrested a criminal suspect, and seized more than 20,000 counterfeit "Ibuprofen" drugs on the spot grain.
After investigation, in mid-December 2022, the criminal suspect Liu Moumou purchased ibuprofen raw materials, empty capsules and capsule filling devices through the Internet, and filled and produced more than 20,000 fake "ibuprofen" pills at his home privately. As of the incident, the counterfeit "Ibuprofen" drug involved in the case has not yet been sold.
Sichuan Guangyuan detected the "11.26" case of manufacturing and selling fake and inferior medical protective clothing
Recently, according to the clues notified by the market supervision department, the public security organs of Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province cracked a case of manufacturing and selling fake and inferior medical protective clothing, sealed up 6 production lines, destroyed 5 production and storage dens, arrested 18 suspects, and seized fake and inferior medical protective clothing on the spot. There were 58,000 sets of protective clothing, 180,000 counterfeit trademark labels, and 128,000 pieces of various packaging materials, involving more than 29 million yuan.
After investigation, the criminal suspect Zhou Moumou and others set up multiple black dens, used counterfeit packaging materials to package the "whiteboard" protective clothing into a certain brand of medical protective clothing, and sold it through the Internet and offline dealers.
Harbin, Heilongjiang detected the case of Deng Moumou and others making and selling counterfeit temperature measuring guns
Recently, the public security organs of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province detected a case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit temperature-measuring guns based on the clues reported, destroyed one counterfeit factory, arrested three suspects, and seized more than 5,000 counterfeit temperature-measuring guns and 6 fake anti-counterfeiting marks on the spot. More than 10,000, involving more than 8 million yuan.
After investigation, the criminal suspect Deng Moumou took advantage of the shortage of temperature measuring guns, in order to make huge profits, purchased electronic components at low prices, entrusted a generation factory to assemble them, OEM produced counterfeit temperature measuring guns of a certain brand, and sold them to the criminal suspect Che Mou , Zhang Moumou, and then the 2 people sold it wholesale at a price 20% lower than the original product.
Bengbu, Anhui detected the "12.31" case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit N95 masks
Recently, according to the clues found in the work, the public security organs of Bengbu City, Anhui Province detected a case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit N95 masks, destroyed 8 dens involved in the case, arrested 9 criminal suspects, and seized more than 500,000 counterfeit N95 masks and 400 counterfeit trademark marks on the spot. More than 10,000, involving more than 10 million yuan.
After investigation, since 2022, the criminal suspect Xiong Moumou and others have purchased a large number of whiteboard N95 masks, rented factories to set up two production dens, ordered counterfeit packaging materials, and organized personnel to illegally produce N95 masks and sell them externally.
Hangzhou, Zhejiang cracked the case of Pu XX manufacturing and selling counterfeit N95 masks
Recently, the public security agency in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province cracked down on a case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit N95 masks based on clues notified by the market supervision department. More than 70,000 counterfeit masks and more than 100,000 pieces of various packaging materials were seized on the spot.
