“I’m still waiting for Zelensky Khryusha and Stepashka to be sanctioned,” she wrote on Telegram.

Zakharova said that Vovk was included in the sanctions list for allegedly "threat to the national security of Ukraine."

In her opinion, the two "accomplices" of the TV presenter and even more so should be banned.

“Although, perhaps, the president of Ukraine does not touch his own, and he will carry the puppets,” the diplomat summed up.

Earlier, Zelensky put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) on sanctions against 198 people.

According to the decree, director Andrei Konchalovsky, producer Yana Rudkovskaya, and war correspondent Semyon Pegov were also subject to Ukrainian sanctions.

In addition, the decree applies to TV presenter Marina Kim, as well as journalists Pavel Zarubin and Marina Akhmedova.

The sanctions are introduced for a period of 10 years.
