264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules by a person driving a car, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence),” the press service of the SUSK said in the region.
An autotechnical examination was appointed to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
Earlier, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kemerovo Region reported that as a result of a collision between a passenger car and a bus on a highway in Kuzbass, five people died in a passenger car.
