The shooting happened at Phoenix Road, near Euston station in central London, at around 2:30 p.m. Swedish time.
Four people are said to be injured, including a seven-year-old girl, according to the London police.
The other injured are supposed to be women in their 40s.
They are said to have been taken to hospital but do not have life-threatening injuries.
The seven-year-old's state of health is currently unclear.
According to the police's initial information, the shots were fired from a moving vehicle which then left the scene.
No one has been arrested.
