BEIJING, Jan. 13 (Xinhua) According to the US Chinese website, the US Office of the Director of National Intelligence released its annual report on Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) on the 12th.

The report shows that over the past two years, more than 360 unidentified flying object (UFO) incidents have been reported or discovered, a sharp increase in the number.

Data map: On April 29, 2020, the Pentagon of the United States officially released three recorded video images of "unidentified flying objects" (UFO).

These pictures were taken by infrared cameras, and the UFO in the picture moved quickly, which caused the US military personnel to exclaim.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence has reportedly released its annual report on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs), a requirement of the Fiscal Year 2022 National Defense Authorization Act.

The bill requires the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, in cooperation with the Secretary of Defense, to submit an annual report to Congress on UAP issues.

The report notes that the All-Area Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), established in July 2022 to coordinate UAP tracking and analysis efforts outside the department, has received 247 UAP reports since the initial reporting deadline of March 5, 2021 .

The preliminary report, which tracked the number of UAP incidents from 2004 to 2021 and released in June 2021, found 144 UAP reports.

In addition to the 247 reports noted above, the department released 119 UAP incidents that occurred before March 5, 2021, but were reported or discovered after the initial reporting deadline.

Most of the new UAP reports come from Navy and Air Force pilots and operators who observe UAPs while on missions and report them through official channels.

But many reports do not have enough detailed data to explain these phenomena.
