“Next week, representatives of the US Department of State, Justice and Homeland Security [with Cuban colleagues] will meet in Havana as part of a bilateral law enforcement dialogue,” TASS quoted him as saying.

He clarified that the focus will be on the protection of US citizens, the fight against cross-border crime and the interaction of the two states in the law enforcement sphere.

In December, Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel met with a group of members of the US Congress in Havana.
