The facts date back to December 1991, in the Paris region where a young woman was raped and then murdered.

A case for which an examining magistrate from Nanterre has just indicted Dominique P. The same judge also decided to prosecute him for an attempted rape committed at the same time in a neighboring town.

In the case for which the septuagenarian was initially arrested, 49 other people, suspected of rape, were indicted.
