“The Director General will visit the South Ukrainian and Rivne NPPs, as well as Chernobyl, to launch missions consisting of two IAEA experts at each facility ... A team of two people will also be deployed at the Khmelnytsky NPP,” the message says.
IAEA chief Rafael Grossi previously announced plans to travel to Ukraine and subsequently to Russia.
He also expressed hope for an early meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
