2. Move the gate forward to strengthen the clinical early warning of severe cases
The "Proposal" further clarifies the high-risk groups for severe illness. For patients with pneumonia caused by new coronavirus infection who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for severe illness, but are >65 years old, have not completed the full vaccination, and have serious chronic diseases, they can be managed as severe cases.

3. Incorporate effective treatment methods in clinical practice into the "Protocol"
