Five Palestinians were injured and dozens suffocated today, Friday, during clashes with the Israeli army.

Meanwhile, large Palestinian crowds mourned the bodies of the two martyrs, Habibullah Kamil (25 years old) and Abdel Hadi Nazzal (19 years old) in the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, in the occupied West Bank.

Local and medical sources reported that the occupation army used metal bullets and tear gas to disperse weekly marches in separate Palestinian locations.

The sources indicated that among the wounded were two with live bullets and 3 with metal bullets, in addition to dozens of suffocation cases.

For its part, the Palestine Red Crescent Society said that its crews transported a person wounded with live bullets to the foot at the entrance to Ramallah.

It added that its crews dealt with dozens of people suffering from suffocation in the towns of Beit Dajan and Beita, near Nablus, in the northern West Bank.

The Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) also indicated that a Palestinian was wounded by live bullets in clashes that erupted in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.

Yesterday, Thursday, two Palestinian youths were killed, during the Israeli occupation forces storming the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, in the occupied West Bank.

With the martyrdom of Kamil and Nazzal, the number of martyrs in the occupied West Bank has risen to 9 since the beginning of this year, including 3 children.

It should be noted that the occupation forces killed 224 Palestinians during the past year, including 59 martyrs from Jenin and 61 children.

According to data from the Israeli human rights movement "Peace Now", there are about 666,000 settlers, 145 settlements, and 140 random outposts (unlicensed by the occupation government) in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
