[Explanation] On January 12, Mr. Cai, a 74-year-old Kinmen patient, successfully returned to Kinmen on the "Little Three Links" Xun'an flight under the "love relay" of the Red Cross organizations on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and various related units.
This is the first time that the "green channel for life assistance" has been opened after the cross-strait "miniature three links" Xiamen-Jinjin route was partially resumed.
[Explanation] At 9 o'clock in the morning that day, a 120 ambulance from Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine arrived at Wutong Wharf in Xiamen, and drove directly into the wharf through the "green channel for life assistance".
Afterwards, the Xiamen medical staff and the Kinmen Red Cross staff handed over on the spot.
When Mr. Cai came to Xiamen to visit relatives in September last year, he suddenly felt unwell. Afterwards, the patient has been receiving treatment in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Let him go back to Kinmen in the fastest and most convenient way, so we think the "small three links" (passenger ship), this means of transportation is actually very important.
That can be like many Taiwanese businessmen or compatriots in Kinmen. If something happens in Xiamen, they can quickly return to Kinmen or Taiwan.
[Explanation] Since most of Mr. Cai's relatives are in Kinmen, the family members hope to take the elderly back to Kinmen for treatment. After hearing that the (cross-strait) "small three links" Xiamen-Jinmen route has partially resumed, the family members have sent an application to the Red Cross organization on both sides of the strait. After receiving the help information, the Red Cross across the Taiwan Strait actively took the lead in coordinating with multiple departments to handle the preliminary work.
