This, according to Arguments and Facts, was reported by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk.

The mobile application also has a digital copy of the vehicle registration certificate.

Volk noted that it is possible to present the rights and certificate of vehicle registration in electronic form using the application without access to the Internet.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded that the presence of electronic documents in a mobile application does not cancel the obligation for drivers to carry their originals with them.

Earlier, the SberStrakhovanie company conducted a study in cities with a population of more than 500 thousand people and found that residents of these regions receive a driver's license at an average of 27 years.

Residents of Novokuznetsk (aged 20), Samara (aged 22), Barnaul and Kemerovo (aged 23), Omsk and Penza (aged 24) are the earliest to issue a driver's license.

Later than others - at the age of 33 - they receive rights in Makhachkala, Perm (31 years old), in Vladivostok and Lipetsk (30 years each).

At the same time, the study showed how often Russians use cars.

So, 54% of the country's residents use a car every day, 15% - two or three times a week, 17% - several times a month, even less often - 14%.
