“Thank you for what you are doing in support of the NWO, for taking the support of the families of our guys who are fighting and defending the interests of our country, our people in the Donbass, in new territories so close to your heart,” the Russian leader added. .

According to him, support is “an extremely important thing” that people feel subtly. 

“The question is often not even about material support, although this is always the basis of how people live.

But also attention, moral support is an extremely important thing, it is a motivation that is urgently needed.

People should feel that the country is with them, the country supports them and understands the role and mission they perform as part of the special operation,” Putin explained.

Along with this, the head of state approved a list of instructions regarding support for the participants of the NWO.

So, before February 1, the government and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation must take additional measures to provide all the necessary medicines to the victims during the SVO.

Until March 1, the Cabinet of Ministers, together with the executive authorities, must report on the formation of a special rehabilitation center for the wounded during the SVO and the creation of a system of targeted support for participants in a special military operation and their families. 

In addition, by March 1, the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, the head of the HRC Valery Fadeev, the human rights commissioner in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova and the secretary of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation Lidia Mikheeva will have to prepare a report on the legal assessment of the facts of illegal criminal prosecution and violation of the rights and freedoms of public figures , journalists and human rights activists in Ukraine.

Until April 1, it was instructed to determine approaches to the restoration of housing for citizens of the Russian Federation in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk and Rostov regions, destroyed as a result of shelling by armed groups of Ukraine and terrorist acts.

By July 1, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia should submit a report on the possibility of involving veterans of law enforcement agencies as mentors to transfer experience, including in ensuring the functioning of the newly created law enforcement agencies in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
