  The railway department reminds that tickets purchased through the 12306 website (including the client terminal) should be no later than 30 minutes before driving, but tickets issued at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station should be no later than 45 minutes before driving.

Passengers should apply for refunds and rebookings no later than the date specified on the ticket and 30 minutes before the departure of the train, but no later than 45 minutes for tickets departing from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station.

Cross-border tickets cannot be changed at the destination station, and tickets after rebooking cannot be refunded.
