The "Russian dagger" worries the "Pentagon"

The latest hypersonic "Dagger" missile, which entered service with the Russian army, has become a real horror for the United States, according to the Russian government website, Vesti Row.

According to the site, the high-speed and maneuverable hypersonic missiles, which are not intercepted by any US air defense system and missile defense systems, represent a major headache for the Pentagon.

Military expert Luis Mazzanti wrote about this in his article in Popular Mechanics.

He noted in his article that "Russian hypersonic missiles can reach speeds of Mach 10, but most importantly, they are highly maneuverable."

According to Mazzanti, the Kinzhal missiles in the arsenal of the Russian armed forces, which were used for the first time during a special operation in Ukraine, top the "horror rating" of the United States.

The threat of these missiles to the US military is no less than the hypersonic "Zircon" missiles, which can be launched from surface ships and submarines.

He added that the panic in the Pentagon is also caused by the "Avanguard" missile, which is a Russian hypersonic missile, which is capable of flying in dense layers of the atmosphere to intercontinental ranges, with a speed of up to Mach 28 (about 7.5 kilometers per second).

Mazzanti concluded that Russia's advanced weapons systems are "at the peak of a technological revolution," while the United States cannot boast of such success.
