The volume of Western military assistance to Ukraine since the beginning of the NMD has almost caught up with the defense budget of Russia

Such information follows from TASS calculations based on official statements by the authorities of donor states and media data.

“Thus, the total amount of Western assistance to Ukraine since the beginning of the NWO has exceeded its budget for 2022 by 2.7 times,” the report says.

It is also noted that assistance to Kyiv from Western countries today is already 94.9% of Russia's defense spending last year, which is $51.1 billion.

Earlier it was reported that Canada will purchase the NASAMS air defense system for Ukraine from the United States.
