Accusations of physical violence on his former girlfriend, however, were not retained.

The 30-year-old was returned to prison after the hearing.

However, his run-ins with the law did not end.

During their investigations, the investigators have indeed interviewed several women who have shared his life in the past.

They then became aware of facts that could be psychological violence but also rape on a spouse.

The individual has been indicted and could eventually appear before the assize court or the departmental criminal court.

In addition to his prison sentence, the resident of Bellegarde-Marsal (Tarn) saw his parental authority withdrawn and prohibited from contacting his ex-companion and the sister of the latter.
