  Qin Gang said that China always believes that the Tizhou conflict is Ethiopia's internal affairs, and always believes in the wisdom and ability of the Ethiopian people to independently resolve internal differences; it always insists on respecting Ethiopia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and supports the Ethiopian government and people to achieve national peace, unity, and peace. development efforts; always supporting Africans in solving African problems in African ways.

  Qin Gang emphasized that the strategic position of the Horn of Africa is important and has a significant impact on the peace and stability of Africa and the Middle East.

China put forward the "Concept of Peaceful Development in the Horn of Africa", which aims to support countries in the region to achieve unity, self-improvement, prosperity and stability.

The Horn of Africa Special Envoy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has visited countries in the region many times. China supports the first Horn of Africa Peace Conference, making positive contributions to building consensus among all parties and promoting peaceful development in the Horn of Africa.

China has provided Ethiopia with multiple batches of food, vaccines and other humanitarian aid to help alleviate the livelihood difficulties of people in conflict-affected areas.

We will continue to do so and will be actively involved in rebuilding conflict-affected areas.
