Acting head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin announced a turning point in the liberation of the DPR.

On the air of Solovyov LIVE, he noted that the capture of Soledar "improved many times over" the possibilities for the liberation of Artemovsk and Seversk.

According to Pushilin, these events will lead to "the collapse of the symbol that was inflated by all propaganda, both Ukrainian and Western."

“This is a long-awaited exit to the bridgehead of the Slavic and Kramatorsk directions.

And this is really a turning point.

Now preparations are underway for that turning point, which we have been waiting for a very long time in terms of the liberation of the Donetsk People's Republic, ”Pushilin said.

He explained that the capture of Soledar, Artemovsk and Seversk is, in fact, the destruction of the front line.

“This makes it possible to move from the flanks both towards the Gorlovsky direction and towards the Slavic direction.

In fact, to go somewhere from the flank, and somewhere already, probably, from the rear, ”Pushilin said.

According to him, with properly built interaction, the enemy front, which has been fortifying for a long time, can collapse.

Earlier, the head of Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, said that the group's units had taken control of the entire territory of Soledar.

“He noted that since the start of the special operation, more than 21,000 Chechen fighters have taken part in it.

More than 9,000 servicemen are currently on the front lines,” Kadyrov wrote on Telegram.

According to the head of Chechnya, each fighter is provided with the necessary uniforms and weapons, which allows them to effectively serve.

Kadyrov stressed that the issue of providing fighters is under his special control.
