General Coordinator of the Syrian Revolution Abdel Moneim Zain El-Din confirmed that the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has become today the first king of drugs in the region, and exports them to all countries of the world.

He added, in his interview with the episode (1/10/2023) of the “The Opposite Direction” program, that the United States, after realizing the great danger posed by the Syrian regime, issued a new law called “Captagon” that calls the Assad regime a source of drugs, and this law works to weaken and disrupt the network Drug dealer lion.

He added that Western newspapers confirm that 95% of the hard currency comes to the regime through the drug trade, and that 80% of the Captagon in the world comes from the Syrian regime, and the authorities in Greece announced in 2019 the seizure of the largest drug shipment originating from the areas of the Syrian regime amounting to 33 million tablets of Captagon.

Zain al-Din noted that the Syrian-Jordanian border areas witnessed continuous smuggling operations, and the Jordanian authorities even said that they are now facing a drug war, behind which is an organized army with weapons, equipment and drones.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Syrian Brigade Party, Malik Abu Khair, revealed that during an armed uprising in As-Suwayda, military intelligence headquarters were raided and they found drugs and factories producing these drugs, which is the biggest proof - the speaker adds - that the Syrian regime is a drug dealer and the Syrian people are drowning in it.

He added that southern Syria has turned into a global center for the manufacture and distribution of drugs around the world, and children in Syrian schools have become a target for these organized campaigns to destroy all future generations and flood them with drugs.

Syria does not produce "Captagon"

On the other hand, the former member of the Syrian People's Assembly, Sharif Shehadeh, rejected what the two previous guests said, stressing that the American decision came within the series of sanctions imposed on Syria, and included work to subjugate the Syrian regime and place it under the American mantle, and he said that these decisions do not affect Syria because the source Drugs are America.

He added that the American talk is just accusations and Washington does not have any evidence of its words, noting at the same time that the American intelligence is more than a drug dealer after the American occupation of Afghanistan, and Syria does not produce Captagon as is claimed against it and its regime, as Shehadeh said.
